Lead Client Account Specialist - (Marshall, MN)

Functions as the primary daily contact between commercial banking customers and U.S. Bank. Maintains and expands the relationship with customers by providing overall customer support services. Identifies potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction and encourages expansion of the relationship. Identifies and capitalizes on cross-selling opportunities. Works directly with customers' accounts, inquiries, and items directly related to client satisfaction with the U.S. Bank relationship. Required requirements - 2 to 4 years of background in financial services industry Preferred Skills/Background - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities - Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills - Proficient technical skills, especially Ms office applications - Background with department-specific systems - Good knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
