2nd Shift CNC/Manual Machinist - (Kenosha, WI)

Job DescriptionThis is a second shift position with a 3% shift premium. POSITION DESCRIPTION:Machining support for assembly and prototype.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:· Responsible for secondary operations such as swaging, drilling and pinning of products.· CNC programming, set up and operation on lathes and mills. Prior background with manual machines is a plus.· Maintains maintenance logs as required for machines in the manual machine area.· Develops, designs and manufactures precision components, fixtures and gages as needed.· All other duties as assigned.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:· Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control.· Good knowledge of inspection techniques· Strong blueprint / GD&T skills· G&M code programming with CNC mills and lathes.
