Job overview: This position plays in integral role in loss prevention initiatives within the Hershey Entertainment Complex. Loss Prevention Agents participate in internal employee audits, monitoring employee behavior and actions, observe guest behaviors and actions and are subject to being witnesses for criminal proceedings on behalf of the company. Job Functions: Loss Prevention Agents may be required to do one or all of the following tasks depending on assigned job: Conduct surveillance to detect retail theft and cash shortages Conduct internal/external integrity and theft investigations Identify and report indications of internal theft and determine sources Represent company in court proceedings related to theft investigations Prepare case reports covering theft details Complete general security tasks Perform and complete assigned tasks from management as requested Consistently practice safe work habits including, but not limited to use of personal protective equipment
