QA Technician - (Euless, TX)

Position title: Lab Assistant- open ended contract Position assignments: process batch records, incoming inspections, working with raw materials and/or packaging components. batch records: check specs, errors, mark for corrections, coa's review/sign/date. 30 records per day and each is 10-30 pages long. incoming components: get receiver, look at system, see what tests required, pull samples, review paperwork, verify COA, MSDS, lot and manufacturing numbers, expiration date, fill out paperwork and test forms for lab, prepare for test, document what will be released. 15-30 raw materials per day. company deals with over 3000 raw materials total such as: extracts, fragrances, salts, sugars, acid peels, glycolic acid, etc. Pay can go up depending on background.
