Department: MCHS Administration A Life-Changing Career Responsibilities: The Floyd County Medical Center (FCMC) Hospital Administrator in Charles City, IA, is responsible for executing the hospital strategic operational plan in partnership with Mayo Clinic Health System (MCHS) leadership and the FCMC Commission Board. The Administrator is responsible for the administration of the Hospital in all its departments, the duties include: * manage the budget and operations of the hospital * communicate and act as liaison among the governing authority, the medical staff, and the departments of the hospital * ensures compliance with regulatory agencies * attract, retain and manage staff * monitor and maintain clinical practice space, equipment, buildings and grounds * supervise all business and financial affairs * ensure that patient needs are met * report regularly to the Commission Requirements: Must possess a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, MBA
