Aerospace Composites Process Engineer - (Sioux Falls, SD)

Seeking technical expert who can act as the ambassador to large Aerospace OEMs and establish rapport to determine customers' perceived value and ensure project activities are aimed at meeting and exceeding customer expectations with regard to quality and timeliness. Shall: *** Lead initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing for new aerospace composite projects for customers building commercial and military cargo and transportation planes. *** Meet with engineering team to identify and select manufacturing techniques utilizing processes such as Vacuum Infusion, Vacuum Bag Molding, Compression molding, Pressure Bag Molding, Hand Lay-Up, Spray-up, etc. *** Recommend improvements to tooling, fixtures, and machinery in order to reduce cost, improve production speed, and improve product quality. *** Advocate for the customer and ensure projects follow design, quality, timeline, and cost requirements.
