Director of Revenue Cycle, Healthcare needed in upstate New York health system to direct the overall operations and financial matters under the direction of the CFO. Assignments include supervising the business office, HIM, registration and billing department Directors, overseeing collections. Review financial objectives, policies, and procedures making recommendations for positive change. Required: -Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Admin or equivalent background (Master's Degree preferred) -Cerner electronic health record background/knowledge -Minimum 7 yrs'background working in acute care, physician revenue cycle, healthcare financial administration, including supervisory background -Excellent people skills with families, patients, government agencies, and general public -Extensive knowledge of healthcare professional revenue cycle and medical billing principles
