Riverview Behavioral Health has an opportunity for a Human Resource Director to join their team. Job description: The Human Resource Director will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for OHP. OHP will look to this person to ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state compliance qualifications, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, and other employee services. * Conversion and implementation of hospital policies and procedures. * Full cycle recruitment and onboarding. * Performance improvement. * Benefit administration to include- new hires, terminations, open enrollment, etc. * Handle employee relations situations as needed. * Weekly reporting. * Worker's compensation, FMLA, and leave processing and tracking. * Daily involvement within the ATS, HRIS, and onboarding system.
