Northwest Indiana Community Action A Multi-Site Area Agency on Aging and Community Action Agency serving Northwest Indiana since 1965 is currently seeking experienced employees for our WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Program. Nutritionist, Registered Dietician or Registered Nurse *****Aggressive compensation Scale***** General Statement of Duties: Assists with outreach and recruitment of program participants as well as the promotion of the WIC program. The CPA provides administrative/supervisory support to all WIC staff within their clinics and carries out NWICA objectives for the program. Assist the WIC Clinical Assistant with the responsibilities of check in clients, making appointments, keeping the client data base updated and any other integral part of providing excellent customer service to WIC participants. As required, perform health measurements on all participants and accurately assess nutrition risk. Provides participant centered nutrition counseling and referral services for WIC participants.
