DESCRIPTION Sustainability Officer The Honey Creek Community School (HCCS), established in 1995, is Ann Arbor's oldest charter school, offering project-based learning with a focus on academic service learning. Reporting to the School Director, the Sustainability Officer has full accountability for the philanthropic revenue goals of the school. The perfect candidate will be a focused, proven fundraiser or non-profit executive. This is a contractual, 6-month position of 25-40 hours/week. The Sustainability Officer is charged with maintaining consistent achievement of the Schools mission and unrestricted financial objectives. DUTIES Specific assignments include: Configure and manage donor database Refine the HCCS value proposition and drive significant growth in fundraising success Collaborate with community members to achieve greater charitable contributions from sources external to school families Manage relationships with community members and alumni
