Basic Purpose Under the general direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant will own and drive the property's sales. The primary duties are to greet prospects and present the features and benefits at their property and to secure leases for Nolan Communities. The Leasing Consultant position will assist in the financial and operational performance of the property by: * Touring apartments - Proficient in Math - Completing and entering leasing and renewal paperwork and other results data - Background with lead management software preferred - Conducting Business in accordance with Nolan Real Estate Policies and Procedures and federal and local regulations - Onesite background wanted - Maximizing income by ensuring budgeted occupancy is met, file compliance is maintained, Secret Shopper score's meet company standard - Play a part in the maintaining of the asset aesthetically
