Maintenance Mechanic - (New York, NY)

Responsibilities * In coordination with Engineering Manager and the other skilled trades at the facility, is responsible for daily property inspections, prioritizing work orders, handling urgent requests, responding to client's work order request for maintenance and facility/equipment repairs, assist with the operation of critical equipment throughout the premises and ensuring the completion of any and all assigned preventative maintenance work and procedures, ensure the tidiness of the premises via inspection and light supervision * Performs and assigns resources to handle general repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including; carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, finish work, painting, HVAC etc.
