Document Processing Specialists - (Folsom, CA)
1. Receives, opens and sorts all incoming mail. 2. Registers all documents in the system. 3. Indexing and scanning returned forms. 4. Organizes documents for imaging assembly process. 5. Uploads scanned pictures into the document management system. 6. Routes tasks into the appropriate work queues. 7. Files and retrieves documents from case records. 8. Pulls files as needed. 9. Meets all performance requirements associated with incoming mail, filing, and imaging processes. 10. Meets all standards established for this position as outlined in the attached performance criteria. 11. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management. Working hours: 7:30AM - 4PM Skills: High-school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; 1 yr of clerical background; expertise to sort, file, type and process material in an expeditious manner; background using imaging equipment, a personal computer and other office equipment; expertise to lift approx 50 pounds.; excellent organizational, interpersonal
