Production Control Analyst - (New Brighton, MN)

The Production Control Analyst coordinates daily production qualifications across all levels of the organization. Responsible for the analysis and reporting of production schedules and their status. The position works with management team to ensure that deadlines and schedules are met and thereby preventing line stoppages and delays to maintain a high-level of customer service. As an individual contributor, the production control analyst's primary assignments include the following: Driving daily production efficiencies by releasing and sequencing the manufacturing orders related to assigned product lines and project work based on material and capacity availability. Managing material availability by setting and monitoring SAP exceptions, component usage, and following-up with purchasing and other value streams on parts and materials needed to support operations. Responsibility for using root cause countermeasure process to minimize customer impact and On time Delivery misses.
