Job DescriptionTELEMARKETING / CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE: Elginex Corporation is leading supplier of products to physical therapy clinics. We are located minutes from Oak Brook Mall. We are seeking a Telemarketing Professional for our distribution division, www.elgindivision.com and our national catalog division, www.tartangroup.com. Position responsibilities: Background with working for a catalog company is preferred, especially, selling to healthcare professionals.You must have a friendly and professional demeanor and enjoy speaking over the phone with customers while taking inbound calls and performing outbound telemarketing calls to existing customers and prospective customers.We have full-time, flex-time and part-time positions.Job assignments:You will work together with our customer service department.Perform such tasks as answering phones.Taking orders, processing orders, communicating with vendors and with members of our production and shipping center in Sandwich
