ABA Therapist/Childcare Worker - (Reedley, CA)

Job DescriptionABA Therapist/ Behavior Therapists work with toddlers, children, and/or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities in their home, school, and/or community utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to teach communication abilities, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills. ABA Therapists work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).* Positions available in Hanford/Reedley/Lemoore/Tulare/Selma * Responsibilities: Provide behavioral therapy with individuals in their home and/or community setting(s). Teach communication abilities, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through ABA principles Follow and implement treatment programs under the supervision of a clinical supervisor. Accurately record treatment data. Engage in and ensure client safety. Maintain confidentiality of all clients and professional conduct at all times. Accurately communicate problems/concerns with appropriate staff.
