Please do not apply if you have no work background with young children*Preferred Background: Working with ages birth-5 in a center-based early learning center. Basic technical skills (Ms word, Microsoft power point, Gmail, sending e-mails with attachments, etc.) Implementing the Creative Curriculum, use of the GELDS and NAEYC, Quality Rated, and BFTS standards. Observing children and creating anecdotal notes. Working as a part of a team.Preferred Qualities: A high-level of communication and professionalism, written and verbally. A personal philosophy that children learn through doing/experiencing and through play.
