Associate Wine and Beer Team Leader - (Ann Arbor, MI)

Associate Wine & Beer Team Leader Position details: Associate Wine & Beer Team Leader shares responsibility with the current Team Leader and is responsible for the exceptional execution of guest service and sales by the entire wine & beer department. They are responsible for managing the department inventory, margin, labor budgets, pricing integrity, and merchandising standards. They will ensure all Teammates receive proper training and supervision. The Associate Team Leader will ensure the highest level of execution in regards to ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation, merchandising and building of displays. Requirements: Expertise to model and provide exceptional guest service. Must be knowledgeable and passionate about Wine & Beer. Expertise to lead by example and set clear expectations. Must have a min 2 years in a leadership position capacity or equivalent. Able to oversee and train all proper rotation techniques.
