IT Project Engineer - (San Ramon, CA)

Job DescriptionPOSITIONParachute is looking to add an experienced, professional, and personable IT Project Engineer to our growing team. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated individual. The main role will entail remote troubleshooting and speaking with clients over the phone. There will also be onsite support at client locations involving escalating issues, updating tickets, maintaining documentation, and assisting our Senior IT Project Engineers with their client work. The main location will be our San Ramon office (about one - 3+ days per week) with travel (1 - 2+ days per week) to client sites.Background with the following IT projects is preferred: Office moves or additional office setups Server room build-outs New computer builds and imaging New onsite or cloud server setup and/or migration Conference room build-outs, customized audio/visual solutions
