Sr Developer, IT Applications - Application Developer (Contact Center - (Columbus, OH)
This position resides on the Contact Center Shared Technolopgy Rapid Response team within the Customer Service & Billing Business Solution Area (BSA). The role is responsible for providing Tier II support for contact center technologies. This position will provide technical support of all operational activities across supported applications. Activities include: -P0 - P4 Incident support and resolution -Oncall support outside of core business hours. -Working with business and internal partners to fulfill adhoc requests and provide guidance/support on questions/needs. -Creation of problem tickets as needed and associated analysis/troubleshooting -Assistance with root cause analysis of problem tickets -Proactive continuous improvement efforts -Documentation of support processes and knowledge base articles -Consistently/actively increasing knowledge of supported applications through training, development, and spending time with application areas.
