Job DescriptionPartner Forces, LLC., is seeking a Data Science Project Lead to support a Federal homeland security client that is in the process of maturing its data integration and decision support capabilities. This position will directly engage senior government officials and stakeholders to develop a strategy to support the maturation of these capabilities critical to mission success.Core Requirements & Essential Duties· Lead and develop data integration and decision support strategy. Will involve identifying legacy system challenges, acquisition planning and requirements development, as well as creative thinking, critical analysis, and coalition building.· Expertise to analyze large data sets and create or use tools to help visualize and communicate data.· Understand complex systems through top-down approaches (making models) or bottom-up approaches (inferences from data).· Facilitate senior level working group sessions and develop comprehensive notes, next steps, and decision memos.· Teamwork.
