Professions: Production Supervisor - Salt Lake City, Utah - (Salt Lake City, UT)

Principal Purpose: Supervises and provides leadership in all areas required by the production team. Actively ensures that production activities are carried out in the safest, most environmentally responsible, cost-effective manner and that all production consistently meets or exceeds quality specifications. Offers recommendations to the plant management for increases in efficiency (output) and for cost reduction opportunities. Responsible for Wet Batch processing which includes following established Standard Operating Procedures and all safety related procedures. Also responsible for Dry Blend processing which can be performed directly or by a trained Process Operator. Critical functions: 1. Has principal role for ensuring safe, environmentally responsible, and cost effective production of product in the CMC plant. 2. Ensures that all work conditions within the Production area are safe and free from hazards.
