Job DescriptionA prominent and rapidly growing automotive supplier is seeking a Production Manager-Stamping & Tooling at their flagship manufacturing facility in Northwest Ohio due to their continued growth. This is a second shift position that will be responsible for managing personnel and productivity of a large press department. Applicants who are qualified will have 5+ years of leadership background within an automotive/industrial manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of metal stamping processes.Responsibilities: Lead and direct personnel to ensure safety policies are followed and productivity goals are met Maintain active and strong communication with leadership and teammates Conduct daily meetings with personnel to ensure goals and metrics are understood Act as initial technical resource for technical/production issues
