Job DescriptionProduction Supervisor Global foods manufacturer is searching for a Production Supervisor to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing high-speed facility based in Chicago area. Our client is a big believer of offering stability and the chance for expansive responsibilities and growth. This role is open due to retirement. Responsibilities: Supervise production line workers with an emphasis on teamwork, safety and excellent sanitation practices in concert with overall company goals and vision, to produce the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost Maintain production records and ensures production workers are completing records correctly and in a timely manner. Analyze production runs and make suggestions for improvement Manage, evaluate and train staff by coaching, conduction performance appraisals, administering corrective action, training and development by on-the-job programs and appropriate off the job programs.
