Position overview: The RN Service Supervisor coordinates the overall plan of care for Clients and orients, develops and supervises the Caregivers assigned to those Clients. The RN Service Supervisor is responsible for receiving Client intakes from various sources and performs an initial assessment for each Client. The RN Service Supervisor is responsible for ongoing monitoring of the services for this Client throughout the duration of the authorization/Client Service Agreement. The RN Service Supervisor follows protocol on report writing and completes all reports in a timely manner. The RN Service Supervisor conducts on-site visits and is responsible for supervising and monitoring the service Mastercare is authorized to provide. Essential Duties: Performs Client Intakes and enters all details into the scheduling software Assessments - Assesses the physical, biophysical and health education needs of clients and the employees' abilities and determines if they can work with clients.
