Quality Control File Reviewer - (New York, NY)

Job overview: The Quality Control File Reviewer will play a critical role in ensuring Buyouts and Acquisitions Program Candidate files are complete and compliant. The Buyout & Acquisition Program purchases storm damaged homes, giving homeowners the opportunity to move from harm’s way. Properties located in select high-flood-risk areas are transformed into natural coastal buffers and, in moderate-flood-risk areas, are sold for redevelopment. The Quality Control File Reviewer will independently review electronic Candidate files, covering all aspects of the Program from the initial application to purchase of and disposition of the property. The Quality Control File Reviewer will operate independently and regularly report to Program staff. Assignments include but are not limited to: ? Using the Closeout Guidance provided by Program, perform all assigned QC reviews of electronic Candidate files, in a timely and thorough manner.
