HPE QA/QC Auditor - (Pittsford, NY)

The QA/QC Auditor is responsible for listening to every call for each “Qualified Lead” submitted by HPE Agents to ensure proper BANT requirements. HPE Auditor must ensure the lead has all the proper requirements to pass the lead on to our client to start the sales process. In addition, this person will also listen to a number of non-qualified calls and score them in accordance to our current QA standards. Position assignments: Consistently meet and exceed daily sales performance metrics. Suggest coaching points for agents and pass them on to the Agents Team Leader Listen and approve all Agent submitted leads and ensure BANT process is followed. Identify methods to drive continual performance improvement Participate in morning team huddles and review QA/QC trends with suggested performance tips Participate in weekly CNX internal QA calibration sessions Participate in weekly internal HP team status meetings as requested by Operations Manager.
