Job DescriptionJob SummaryUnder the guidance of the Loan Administration Manager, this position is responsible for tracking and follow up of annual loan reviews and covenant tracking; Provide all necessary support to Lending department to originate loans and manage existing portfolio.Duties and Responsibilities· Ensure ALR’s are processed and forwarded to LO’s in accordance with established procedures. · Ensure ticklers (including non-ALR related covenants) are current and advised to LO’s if applicable.· Follow for title policy and recorded/filed docs post-closing· Ensure canceled/denied loans are put together and placed in the appropriate folders for retention.· Bank control point for file storage· Tax Service Monitoring/Notification of past due taxes· Appraisal ordering back up; Appraisal vetting· Special Projects as assignedBSA/AML/ ComplianceResponsibilitiesComplete required documentation for new accounts including collection of required customer documentation
