Piping Designer Needed Short-term Contract Need – Approx 3 Mons Comprehensive benefits Offered We need a Piping Designer to provide short-term support to the engineering group / design team by providing layout, detailed drawings, sketches, diagrams, etc. The Piping Designer will be expected to: Assist site management by red-lining drawings. Assist site management by doing field work. Take field measurements, field walk downs, and verifications. Assist site management by interfacing with design and engineering team as well as contractors. Maintain P&IDs, ISOs, and other construction blue print. Develop sketches on proposed drawings, flow sheets, and develop completed designs from sketches. Have knowledge of various petrochemical standards and codes: ANSI, ASME, PFI, etc. Verify designs are consistent with site’s drafting and engineering standards. Perform dimensional checks on parts and materials. Maintain and organize drawing filing system.
