Summary/Objective The Director of Maintenance is responsible for the overall physical operations, repairs, and maintenance and capital improvements the company’s real estate portfolio. The position plans, budgets and coordinates property repairs & maintenance, capital plans and renovations. As an executive with the company, the Director of Maintenance will oversee hiring, training and career development for all maintenance personnel across the company. The Director of Maintenance is a visionary for the company with the goal of enhancing the company’s vision and mission to positively impact the lives of our residents and the communities that our properties serve.
