ResourceMFG is currently recruiting for an background Blade Grinding Machine Operator in East Knoxville! This is a direct hire opportunity. Day shift training then switch to third shift hours. Pay level is $16/hr Main responsibility will be to operate blade grinding equipment to produce high-quality product. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Procedures: After a 3-5 mons training program, the duties of this position are: Maintain and operate blade grinding machines in a high-speed manufacturing environment. Regulate machining by setting and adjusting controls. Maintain specifications by observing quality standards and utilizing precision measurement equipment Resolve production problems to meet specifications and troubleshoot equipment; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. Keep machines and work area clean. Document actions by completing production and quality records.
