Forensic Case Coordinator - (Hamilton, OH)

Transitional Living, Inc. is in need of a Forensic Case Coordinator. The position is in our Mental Health Program at the Butler County Jail located in Hamilton, Ohio. This is a full time, hourly position which is day shift, Monday through Friday. Duties include, but are not limited to: Mental health interventions Serving as coordinator for, and working closely with the Jail Psychiatrist Linking inmates to community resources through discharge planning process. Coordination of data for reporting purposes Preferred applicant will have experience working with persons with severe mental illness, and have excellent communication, documentation and technical skills.
