Human Resources Manager - (King of Prussia, PA)

Human Resources Manager This position will report to the Director Operations and will be focused on implementing and managing human resource policies, services and programs to ensure they are aligned with the objectives and goals of the company. This position will be responsible for all day-to-day employment activities, employee and labor relations for the facility. Main responsibilities: • Align the HR priorities with the business strategy. • Deliver efficient HR processes for staffing, training, appraising, rewarding, promoting and managing employees. • Manage all aspects of recruiting and on-boarding. • Provide coaching and counselling to managers and supervisors on HR related matters. • Ensure and maintain compliance with state, federal regulations, collective bargaining agreement, procedures, organizational policies. • Listen, respond and find ways to provide employees with resources that meet their changing demands.
