Our client is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join their team! The ideal applicant can start immediately! Type: Direct Hire Pay: Up to mid 40s Location: Near Old Mill Design and implement recruiting strategies Act as primary contact for hiring managers Work with management to identify recruiting needs Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required Attract candidates by developing and placing postings using various sources and job boards Review resumes and applications Work with candidate on pre-employment screening and assessments Determine candidate requirements by interviewing potential candidate and comparing their requirements to job opening Schedule and coordinate interviews of applicants who are qualified with hiring managers Conduct experience checks and complete reference checks for final candidates Work with hiring managers to extend offers of employment Coordinate post offer drug screens and physicals if needed Contact new employees and set up for onboarding
