HR Representative - (Owensboro, KY)

Aerotek is seeking a Human Resources Representative for an exciting direct hire opportunity in the Owensboro area! The perfect applicant will have at least 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting. This person will oversee payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, and will perform various HR tasks from benefits enrollment to new hire onboarding and orientations. The HR Representative must be well-versed in tax and other payroll deductions, and should have experience doing payroll for upwards of 250 employees. Experience with Ceridian payroll systems is definitely a plus. This position offers a starting pay of 45k-50k. Must be willing to submit to a experience investigation and drug test.
