Customer Service / Inventory Clerk - (Livermore, CA)
Job DescriptionBusy distribution center in the Livermore area has an immediate need for a Customer Service/ Inventory Clerk. This position will require previous forklift background and certification as 30% of duties will be warehouse in nature. Strong communicator with ability in Microsoft word & Microsoft excel, SAP. Applicants must be able to meet the below listed criteria for further consideration. RESPONSIBILITIES Takes tactical day-to-day priority direction from the Customer Service Supervisor Coordinates service requests with appropriate Service departments. Resolves product issues through effective identification, documentation, and communication with all affected parties. Assists in maintaining technical manuals. Assists in maintaining related service department files and office records. Leads the activities of Inventory Coordinators. Loads and unloads material within a warehouse or storage facility using the forklift. Receives purchase orders in SAP and unpacks materials and parts.
