About the Job: Our customer is currently in need of On-line Marketing Associates (Inbound Calls). We are looking for superb quality candidates with data entry skills, strong communication expertise and a good work ethic. Candidates who are very customer centric, sales and goal driven and out of the box thinkers. Members of this team will provide consultations to our client-s newest on-line advertisers by maximizing advertising strategies through their accounts and upsell relevant services in a dynamic call center environment. Skills: - Encourage advertisers to create new, optimized Search Campaigns in the account or adopt new features including but not limited to: maximizing exposure using different bidding strategies, utilizing modified targeting methods, utilizing ad extensions, increasing bids and budget. - Create high quality Search campaigns that will meet advertiser business objectives. - Educate on and pitch to advertisers the benefits and features.
