Sales and Marketing Coordinator - (Solana Beach, CA)

Executive Administrative Support and Marketing & Sales Support for Commercial Team Serve as liaison between home office and the field sales force. Resolve Key Account Specialists (KAS) concerns/questions, or need in a timely manner. - Assist Recruiter, HR, Hiring Manager, and National Sales Director (NSD), with final applicant interview logistics which include but are not limited to: - Scheduling - Communication - Confirming - Travel arrangements - Manage all on-boarding info of Key Account Specialist - Sales orientation packet development (what to expect in 1st month, possibly longer) - Create and manage new team player ?check list? and timeline to ensure all items are taken care of - Organization of Home Study, Field Ride Along coordination, and live training - Development and management of Training tracker - Development of organization announcement of new hires - Development of field communications (w/approval from legal) - Confirmation of Hardware, HR, and Marketing Materials being sent to new hire.
