Test Coordinator - (Montgomery, AL)

The Central Alabama Fair Housing Center (CAFHC) is a private non-profit advocacy organization founded in 1995 to promote equal housing opportunity and to combat housing discrimination in a 29-county region of central Alabama. CAFHC assists residents who encounter housing discrimination, provides fair housing educational services, and administers a fair housing testing program. The Test Coordinator is responsible for designing, planning, coordinating, and implementing all CAFHC testing, in addition to recruiting and training testers. The successful applicant must be highly organized, self-motivated, skilled at independently developing investigative strategies and work plans, and willing to work collaboratively with other staff members. The applicant must have a demonstrated commitment to civil rights, background working with diverse communities, and an expertise to work professionally with volunteers. Additionally, the applicant must be willing to work non-traditional hours when needed.
