Engineering Project Mgr Job - (Bardstown, KY)

Responsible for organizational change and continuous improvement for Manufacturing and Distribution Departments. Responsible for assisting Manufacturing and Distribution Managers to produce and distribute consistently higher quality products, with shorter lead times, at reduced costs for the ultimate goal of increased customer satisfaction and company profit. Determines the optimal methods for producing and shipping products that will ensure the company's position as low cost producer in the market place. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: *Provides support to internal departments to ensure the proper equipment, materials, layout, methods and labor utilization tools are available to enable them to operate as efficiently as possible. *Investigate, gather and analyze data associated with all plant processes and make recommendations regarding cost reduction and methods/process improvement opportunities.
