Restaurant Assistant Manager - (Shallotte, NC)
Job DescriptionA new Zaxby's restaurant is opening in Shallotte. Assistant Manager is responsible for managing a restaurant with seven to 15 employees on a shift. Report to the General Manager. The Assistant Manager is responsible for running all aspects of the restaurant and must be available to work any days of the week and a combination of 1st and 2nd shifts. Some of the position assignments include providing guidance and direction to employees during the work shift, labor scheduling, placing food and beverage orders, controlling food and labor costs, taking inventory, motivating and coaching all employees to be their best. Must have basic technical skills, high-school certificate or equivalent. Will be required to train out of town for about 4 weeks with breaks in between training.
