Job DescriptionJob DutiesProcess transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and loan payments and assist members with account inquiries and requests.Accepts deposits and drafts for cashing and verifies cash and endorsementsProcess loan payments, credit card payment and cash advances.Sell MasterCard cash passports, Visa Gift cards, money orders, etc.Process night deposits, order checks and prepare/mail account packets for potential members.Promote and cross-sell current and prospective members on products and services.Identify and generate opportunities for referrals on specialty products (insurance, investments and mortgages).Maintain awareness of new products, services and programs.Identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses.Assist the branch with opening and closing proceduresResponsible for traveling from branch to branch (in Middle TN area).Specific Job RequirementsAbility to float between branches in Greater Nashville area as neededMinimum of 6 mons work experienceNeat appearance and
