Hours: Monday-Friday: Hours vary between 7:15 a.m. and 6:15 p.m.Saturday: Hours vary between 7:15 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. NOTE: Part-time tellers are scheduled to work every Saturday.Average hours/week: 20-25The Teller is responsible for receiving and paying out money, keeping records of money and negotiable instruments involved in various banking transactions, and performing a variety of customer service functions. Greets and serves bank customers in a prompt and friendly manner. Accepts over the counter loan payments and deposits to checking and savings accounts. Cashes checks according to bank policy and procedure. Explains, promotes, or sells products or services such as travel cards, gift cards, money orders and cashier's checks. Processes night deposits, mail deposits and business drop-off deposits according to bank policies and procedures. Processes coin for customers. Balances cash drawer daily.
