Landscaping Associates: $12.00/hr. - $14.00/hr. Our Client, a Landscaping Firm, in Arcadia, IN needs Landscape Crew Members. Duties will include mowing, spreading mulch, tree and shrub pruning, finish grading, laying sod and edging, fertilization and other duties as assigned. What will I be doing: Teammates are expected to be reliable, punctual, pleasant, open-minded, flexible, creative, and work in a team environment. This position does require the expertise to lift, stoop, bend, reach, work in a fast-paced environment, and work in various weather conditions. Safety of employees and customers must be kept in mind at all times. All vehicles and equipment will be operated in a safe manner at all times. It is expected that proper lifting techniques be used to minimize injuries. Need to demonstrate cooperation, commitment, communication contribution, in addition to the expectations listed above.
