They must also be well versed in learning needs analysis, curriculum design, development, delivery and evaluation of training. The target learner groups include mortgage bankers, sales assistants and mortgage loan operations employees and leaders.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct needs analysis to ensure all content is aligned with planned business outcomes.Design and author instructional material, support documents, content outlines and storyboard documents to support new and existing sales programs.Possess high quality program development skills, strong computer literacy, strong technical-writing and editing skills
