GENERAL SUMMARY: Investigates, plans and recommends changes to machinery, controls or other computer, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment. Recommends equipment purchases, modifications and replacements. Assumes ownership and pride of all equipment. Develops training programs and standards for machine and control design or purchase. Works in accordance with general business standards and established company policy and precedent. Has the opportunity to establish programs and/or methodologies within scope of work under the general direction of the Engineering Manager.
