Position details Perform auditing and analysis of processes Investigate and resolve in-process quality issues identified during the manufacturing /assembly process Investigate and resolve high PPM's and other internal measurable reported in QMS. Develop in-process quality assurance improvement plans Make recommendations to management regarding ways to improve overall product quality Will supervise quality inspectors Job responsibilities four year degree in quality or engineering 3-four years background in automotive quality assurance environment - specifically high volume assembly Knowledge of quality systems, statistical process control (SPC) and reading blueprints required MUST have TS16949 background Must be able to lift, carry or move objects up to 50 pounds.
