Construction Manager/Quality Assurance - 3 to 5 years of experience - Based out - (San Angelo, TX)

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Management and Quality Assurance Services provided to the client on a federal construction project. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for oversight of the owner's construction effort, including the technical liaison between the owner, general contractor, user, and related agencies. Oversight involves (but not limited to): Quality Assurance observations and reporting of the physical work; issue solving;witnessing tests and documenting; produce construction change scope and cost estimates; technical reviews and recommending responses to RFIs, proposals, submittals, CPM schedules, pay applications, contractor's correspondence, etc.; interpretation of contract documents; forecasting potential progress delays; job files; reporting and data input into a CM system; photo documentation; monthly reporting, and making recommendations to the client as required.
