Lead Service Technician, Carry-In (Military Veterans Wanted!) - (Chattanooga, TN)

Job Purpose: The Carry-In Lead Service Technician will provide timely and quality diagnosis and repair of customer---s products while maintaining high customer service. In the absence of, or along with, the Technical Manager, this position will assume leadership responsibilities for 1 or more specialties. This position is responsible for the diagnosis and repair of 1 or more of the following specialties: --- Two-cycle, four-cycle, gas artisan, mechanical/electrical artisan and other miscellaneous equipment. Job qualifications: --- Manages 1 or more repair lines in the absence of, or along with, the Repair Team Leader. --- Open/close the building, as required. --- Performs diagnosis of customer---s product. --- Order parts, research part availability, and complete customer service orders. --- Follow the guidelines set up by the parts department to promote accountability and avoid shrinkage. --- Installs mechanical/electronic parts and performs necessary repairs.
