Senior Recruiter We are seeking a passionate & professional Senior Recruiter to join our Bowling Green manufacturing facility. Working as a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team, this individual will contribute significantly to the company's talent acquisition strategy and select talent for both today's and tomorrow's business needs.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to understand the hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and recruiting plans.Maximize sourcing channels; networks, social media, university relations, career fairs, military, etc.Perform full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending a qualified talent pool and selection.Partner with our hourly on-site recruiter with recruiting functions and strategy.Participates in plant campus recruiting program, including interaction with colleges
